The Audio Information block contains the following important information:

  • Clearly posted Dial-in information to access your conference
  • Convenient invite button to help you quickly send out meeting invitations
  • A Download button to either install or launch the Desktop Application

Host Information

The Host Information block helps communicate the following information about yourself:

  • A professional headshot or image that represents you.
  • Space to include your name, address and professional contact information.
  • A space to include a tagline or small professional Bio.

Calendar

The Meeting Calendar block is a convenient way to communicate to participants any pre-scheduled meetings that have been scheduled, listed in chronological order.

Meeting Resources

The Meeting Resources block is a personal board where a variety of documents and file types can be uploaded for participants to access prior to and during the meeting.

History & Recordings

Access all call reports and recorded meeting files to review or share.

  • Web Controls: Manage conferences and participants with the expandable interface.
  • Broadcast: play audio files during live conferences.

Customizable Wall Elements

For a more dramatic impact, access the Wall customization features that include:

  • Company Logo: Upload your company logo and personalize your Wall
  • Background: Select an image to place as your Wall background and captivate your viewers
  • Account Info: Access your account details with ease and make any necessary changes
  • Custom URL: Create and save your own personal wall name and share with participants
